Banish Acne Scars - My Dream Skin

    Hey everyone!

It has been a little while since I posted here. I recently got selected to be a brand affiliate for BanishAcnescars TM (all rights reserved to aforementioned). I actually first purchased from them back in 2014, or roughly around then. My first roller was from them and it got lost in the mail, and they resolved the issue amazingly. I recently purchased from them again a few months ago because I needed a better quality roller than the one I had been using. That one had left me with lines across my face- and no one wants that! Upon trying the Banisher, I was so happy! It was rolling evenly and the needles were not dull, which is very important for good microneedling results (you wouldn't skate on an ice rink with dull skates, would you?)

To start off this post, I will say that I am so passionate about this product because it genuinely changed my skin over the course of several months. My skin was always my trouble area growing up - I had bad acne in my teens, and I would pick at my skin a lot which left me with tiny pinprick scarring. To be honest, it was probably only noticeable to me, but I still hated it. To remedy that, I began microneedling consistently in 2019. Now, fast forward to the end of 2020- I have been microneedling at home during this pandemic for the past year once a month, and it has been revolutionary for me. I've noticed my pinprick scars vanishing, more evenness in skin tone, reduction in wrinkling around the scars, and above all, I feel more confident without foundation and concealer. While flaws do not make you less beautiful, this is an insecurity of mine that I was happy to fix.

The microneedling allows the needles of the rollers to injure your skin as evenly and safely as possible, to stimulate healing and regrowth of the skin to reveal a new, smoother, more scar-free layer of skin below it. Think of how a snake sheds its skin. While it IS a bloody process, it’s bloody worth it, as the Brits would say. For the full process, please visit the BanishAcnescars website.

I have been given a promo code for @banishacnescars that I would like to share you all today. If you’ve been wanting acne scar free smooth skin your whole life like me- you will love their products. The microneedling rollers sold on their site are of high quality. I would never promote a product(s) unless I really believe in it and the people behind it. I have personally used the classic roller, and the Banisher 2.0. Both have helped me attain the smoother, more even skin I have been dreaming of all my life.

You can use the code: ‘EMILIOSPEACE’ at checkout for a discount - it will work with or without my special link below as long as it is used on the BANISH official website.

AFTER:

This is what my skin looks like after around 4 months of consistent microneedling. I am not wearing one drop of makeup in this photo.💕💛

BEFORE:

Now, you will only get super bloody if you roll a LOT. My pain tolerance is high so I do not recommend rolling with lots of pressure or too much, especially if you are a beginner. Start out slow and see how your skin responds the first couple of microneedling sessions (should be 3-6 weeks apart for heavier rolling).

This is what it will look like after a 4- 8 days afterwards. I left out the bloodiness because some people do not like seeing that :) . I may post more updates and acne before/after pictures in the future.

 Happy rolling! 💖😀

From Fear to Peace: A Journey

"Find your centre. The rest will come to you." - EK My name is Emily; Polish dubbed- nickname is Emilio. Welcome to my blog, or in reality, my mind. To start, let me tell you a little about myself, and why you should listen to what I have to say about healing from anxiety. I am a Polish-Canadian, art-loving, free spirit who longs to help make the world a better place. I truly believe that everyone has an impact, that every life matters in this world. We are but the smaller parts of a huge picture. I would like to impress the wisdom I have been blessed with from my personal journey these past few years. Upon facing adversity and some personal troubles, I stumbled off my well-paved sunny path of unwavering faith in a bright future, positivity, and harmony with the present moment. Where my mind had once been an expanse of clear blue skies, there were now turbulent winds, intermingled with thunder and lightning. I could no longer keep calm, as anxiety was my 'new normal'....

Empath: Setting Boundaries and Following Your Heart

I see you have stumbled across this post in search of answers, fellow empath! If like me, you have recently realized that your ability to feel deeply and understand others' emotions is both a curse and a superpower, your search is not in vain. I will share with you how I quit the toxic addiction that is called 'people pleasing', and managed to build up my relationship with myself, and in turn, healthy relationships with others. I will tell you a secret: the key ingredient to this is self-love . When you love yourself, you do things from love, not for it. Upon learning to love yourself and figuring out who you are, you will find your core. At your core is what makes you happy, and your discernment about what feels right to you, and what does not. Once you are in touch with and are self-aware in the rhythm of your emotions across a vast array of situations and encounters with others, you will be able to practice managing yourself and understanding your needs at any given mome...

What is Fear?

What is fear, but the uncertainty of the unknown? It is bred from a lack of control over what we perceive to be a potential threat. Why does humankind fear the unknown? Is it because we forget, underestimate our might- our power in coming together? We only fear that which we are not sure we can handle - what we forget is, we are more capable of handling the unknown than we realize. Every day is new. Every day is unknown. Every single moment we have ever lived is unknown to us. How is this situation any different? - EK
